Katie Carolan Recruits

Hello! I am Katie, and I was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire before making the move to the big apple in 2017 for work.  I love to travel, Disney, cooking, wine, and to try new foods.  I studied Behavioral Science and am finishing up my Bachelor of Science in Psychology Granite State College. 

I work full-time as a Talent Acquisition Associate for a Structural Engineering Firm in Manhattan.  I started out my Human Resources career as an Administrative Assistant in NH and worked my way up to running a team in NYC.  I have over three years of Technology and Executive Level Recruiting experience, and over three years of Retail and Restaurant Recruiting experience. My retail/restaurant recruiting experience comes from HoneyBaked Ham and Crumbs Bake Shop where I was a Store Manager at both.  I was in charge of all of the recruiting and hiring efforts for both companies.

After helping a lot of friends and acquaintances build up their resumes and LinkedIn profiles as well as landing them interviews and companies, I decided to start Katie Carolan Recruits and offer Freelance Resume Writing and Career Coaching across the United States.
